Questions agencies ask
What counts against my monthly allowance?
Only an event you make Premium. Free and Plus events never count, and every event is live from creation — rehearse it on your own phone before the day and clear the test content from Settings.
Which plan should I start on?
Starter is $79.99 a month for 5 Premium events — about $16 each. Studio ($149, 10 events) and Agency ($249, 20 events) bring the price per event down to $14.90 and $12.45. Every plan is monthly, and you can move up or down whenever your season changes.
What happens to events if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for — never a partial refund, never a surprise charge. Events that are already live stay premium for their guests. After that your studio keeps working, and any event can be made Premium for $39.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (you're charged the prorated difference), downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and you can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it lands.
Do my clients need GuestQR accounts?
Their guests never need one — they scan and go. The client themself only needs a free account if you invite them to help manage their event.
