Questions agencies ask
What counts against my monthly allowance?
Only an event going live on premium. Drafts and basic (free) events never count, and you can test every premium feature on a draft before it goes live.
What happens to events if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for — never a partial refund, never a surprise charge. Events that are already live stay premium for their guests.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (you're charged the prorated difference), downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and you can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it lands.
Do my clients need GuestQR accounts?
Their guests never need one — they scan and go. The client themself only needs a free account if you invite them to help manage their event.
