GuestQR Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
GuestQR may collect organizer account information, event details, guest list information, guestbook messages, and photos uploaded during an event. We also collect basic technical and authentication data required to keep the service secure and working properly.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, show guests the correct event content, support event features such as seating and photo galleries, and maintain security and reliability.
3. Guest data and organizer responsibility
Organizers are responsible for the guest information they upload into GuestQR and for making sure they have an appropriate basis to use that information for their event.
4. Photo storage and retention
Photos uploaded to GuestQR may be automatically deleted after the retention period displayed in the product. This helps keep event galleries lightweight and reduces long-term storage of guest content.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us run authentication, storage, hosting, and related infrastructure. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the service and its users.
6. Security
We use technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect event and guest data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
7. Your choices
Organizers can manage their event content inside the product. Guests can edit or delete their own guestbook entry during the allowed editing window where that feature is available.
8. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of GuestQR after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
