Terms of Use
GuestQR Terms of Use
Effective date: March 10, 2026
1. Using GuestQR
GuestQR helps organizers and attendees manage guest check-in, seating, shared photos, and guestbook messages for private events. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or event hosts.
2. Accounts and event ownership
Organizers are responsible for the events they create, the guest lists they upload, and the content they collect. Keep your account access secure and do not share access in a way that creates unauthorized use.
3. Guest content
Guests may upload photos and leave guestbook messages where those features are enabled. You must only upload content you have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful to the service or other users.
4. Photo retention
GuestQR is designed to keep event galleries lightweight. Event photos may be automatically deleted after the stated retention period shown in the product. Organizers are responsible for downloading any photos they want to keep before that window closes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use GuestQR to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or event venue rules. You also may not attempt to interfere with system security, bypass access controls, or access events you are not authorized to join.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep GuestQR reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
7. Limitation of liability
GuestQR is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GuestQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
